Position: Social Media Manager

Experience:

3 years to 5 years

Location: Bandra West

A social media manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, drive business results. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. This includes creating content calendars, planning campaigns, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Content Creation and Curation:

Producing a variety of content formats (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.

Community Management:

Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.

Campaign Management:

Planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to reach specific objectives.

Performance Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Staying Up-to-Date:

Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Both written and verbal, to effectively convey brand messaging and interact with the online community.

Content Creation Skills

: Ability to produce engaging content across various formats.

Analytical Skills:

To track and analyze social media performance data.

Social Media Marketing Knowledge

: Understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Project Management Skills

: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Creative Thinking

: To develop innovative and engaging content ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
