Content Creation: Creating and managing engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms. Developing and managing social media campaigns, including competitions, promotions, and events. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency. Engagement and Community Building: Interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages to foster meaningful conversations. Building and nurturing online communities, cultivating relationships with followers. Identifying and leveraging the reach of influencers to expand brand awareness. Analysis and Optimization: Analyzing data and metrics to assess the performance of social media campaigns. Tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions to refine strategies. Monitoring search, social, and content metrics to identify areas for improvement. Other Responsibilities: Staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Collaborating with other team members, such as copywriters and designers, to ensure content is informative and appealing.
