Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the
media or entertainment industry
, understands audience engagement, and knows how to translate content into community growth and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and content goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to media and entertainment audiences.
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee content creation (copy, visuals, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with production, PR, and creative teams to amplify show launches, celebrity appearances, and live events.
Manage social media calendars and coordinate posting schedules.
Community Engagement
Build and nurture online communities, responding to fans, followers, and influencers in a timely, authentic manner.
Engage in real-time marketing around trending topics, events, and entertainment moments.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to optimize performance.
Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams including PR, content, design, and advertising.
Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations relevant to entertainment campaigns

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
