Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
: Guide and supervise content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives.
Client Communication
: Act as the primary point of contact, understand client requirements, address concerns, and deliver timely updates.
Planning & Strategy
: Create social media calendars, campaign ideas, and viral content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
: Monitor campaign performance across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and prepare detailed reports for clients.
Trend Analysis
: Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and tools to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
Crisis Management
: Handle negative feedback or social media issues proactively with effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.
Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Analytics tools).
A balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
