Plan, launch, and manage
paid advertising campaigns
on
Instagram & Facebook (Meta Ads Manager)
Optimize campaigns for
leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI
Develop
creative ad content
(copies, captions, ideas, briefs for creatives)
Analyze ad performance and prepare
regular performance reports
Conduct
A/B testing
for creatives, audiences, and ad formats
Manage
budget allocation and scaling strategies
Stay updated with
latest social media and paid ads trends
Collaborate with internal teams for branding and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of proven experience in
Social Media Marketing / Paid Ads
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
Good understanding of
audience targeting, funnels, and analytics
Experience with
creative planning and content ideation
Familiarity with tools like
Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe tools
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience handling
multiple campaigns or brands
Knowledge of
performance marketing and scaling strategies
Basic understanding of
SEO / Google Ads
