As a Social Media Manager at Adrex Creative, your key responsibilities will include:
Content Planning & Strategy
Plan monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Suggest creative content ideas (posts, reels, stories, trends, campaigns).
Account Management
Manage and handle all assigned social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ensure regular posting and consistent brand tone across platforms.
Content Coordination
Coordinate with the design, video, and creative teams for creatives, reels, and videos.
Provide clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of content.
Caption Writing & Hashtags
Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTA-based copy.
Research and use relevant hashtags to improve reach and engagement.
Scheduling & Publishing
Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories as per the content calendar.
Ensure posts go live on time without delays.
Engagement & Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond professionally and promptly or coordinate replies when needed.
Performance Tracking
Track post performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
Suggest trend-based content ideas suitable for the brand.
Campaign Support
Support promotional campaigns, launches, and marketing activities through social media.
Coordinate posting schedules during campaigns.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content aligns with Adrex Creative's brand identity, tone, and quality standards.

Mankavu, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
