Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our interior designing firm. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy

: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.

Content Creation

: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for various social media platforms, showcasing our interior design projects and expertise.

Community Management

: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.

Campaign Management

: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, events, and projects, leveraging paid advertising and influencer partnerships.

Analytics and Reporting

: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all social media platforms.

Trend Analysis

: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Collaboration

: Work closely with our design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize social media impact.

Required Skills and Experience:



Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry. Knowledge of social media marketing software and AI tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and Canva. Familiarity with social media analytics tools, including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social media advertising.

Nice-to-Have:



Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Lightroom, InShot). Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) .
