Manage & grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) & YouTube.
Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) in collaboration with the design & marketing teams.
Plan & schedule content calendars in line with campaigns, launches & events.
Develop & execute social media strategies to build brand awareness & engagement.
Monitor social media trends, tools, applications & channels to stay updated with current trends & practices.
Track, analyze & report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to optimize strategy.
Manage paid social media campaigns & budgets, ensuring strong ROI.
Respond promptly to comments, messages & reviews to maintain community engagement.
Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships & promotional activities.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Digital Marketing or Communications.
Knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media analytics, advertising & algorithm behavior.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or similar.
Creative mindset with ability to multitask, manage deadlines & work collaboratively.
Freshers with skills to manage social media platforms can also apply, Experience is not needed.
Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premier, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing fundamentals.
Skills to run advertisements on social media handles of facebook & Instagram.
