Role Overview
The On-site
Social Media Manager
will be responsible for managing the brand's day-to-day social media presence directly from the store. This role requires consistent interaction with customers, collecting authentic feedback and reviews, and creating engaging content that represents the brand's identity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in-store and online to encourage them to leave reviews and feedback.
Collect customer reviews (photos, short videos, testimonials) and share them with the digital team.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Identify and highlight trending products, new arrivals, and special offers.
Report daily/weekly updates on social media performance and customer interactions
Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Smart, approachable, and confident in interacting with customers
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
