We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Social Media Manager cum Content Creator

to manage and grow multiple client social media accounts -- with a primary focus on

Instagram

. You'll be responsible for crafting strategies, creating engaging content, building communities, and driving results through strong social media presence and smart campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating scroll-stopping content, understands what drives engagement, and can collaborate effectively with a creative team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

social media strategies

to grow followers, engagement, and reach, especially on Instagram. Plan and manage a

monthly content calendar

across clients. Create, edit, and post high-quality

content (photos, videos, reels, captions, stories, etc.)

in collaboration with the creative team. Manage

multiple client accounts

and maintain consistent brand voice and quality. Work with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce eye-catching, on-brand content. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and best practices to improve performance.

Run ad campaigns

(boosts, lead generation, brand awareness, etc.) and coordinate with our ads team for optimization. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve results.

Requirements:

Proven

experience (2+ years)

managing Instagram and other social media platforms for brands or clients. Strong understanding of

social media algorithms, trends, and analytics

. Ability to

create or conceptualize high-performing content

(reels, posts, stories, etc.). Excellent communication and time management skills. Experience handling

multiple clients/accounts

simultaneously. Basic knowledge of

paid ads (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
