Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile professional who can handle video editing, videography, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, editing engaging videos, and managing our brand's online platforms to attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography: Shoot high-quality videos and photos of salon services, events, and promotions.

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging content optimized for social media platforms.

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Develop creative campaigns and promotional content to increase brand visibility.

Monitor analytics, track performance, and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and communications.

Collaborate with the salon team to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in video editing, videography, and social media management.

Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).

Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording.

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Commitment to stay with the company for at least 1 year.
