Social Media Manager
Location: Kochi

Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving traffic across digital platforms. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create content strategies for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Plan and schedule posts for maximum engagement and reach.
Content Creation & Management
Oversee creation of graphics, videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
Ensure content reflects brand voice, style, and tone.
Collaborate with internal teams, content creators, and designers to produce high-quality content.
Community Management
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Monitor social media conversations and trends to maintain a positive brand image.
Build and nurture online communities to increase loyalty and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for optimization.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure success.
Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan and manage paid campaigns on social media platforms.
Optimize ad performance based on insights and ROI.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
Keep up with latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Recommend innovative ideas to stay ahead in the digital space.
Experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies for audience engagement.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, PR, content, and design teams.
Coordinate with external influencers, media agencies, and content partners.
Support other digital initiatives like email marketing, website content, and app campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid advertising.
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
