We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for design, and the ability to translate business goals into successful social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.).
Manage and grow company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Monitor performance using analytics tools; generate insights and regular reports.
Engage with community: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools.
Ability to handle crisis communication and brand reputation online.
