Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor online conversations, respond to queries/messages, and engage with the audience.
Run paid campaigns (ads, promotions, lead generation) on various platforms.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, leads).
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when needed.
Ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven work experience as a
Social Media Manager
or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, analytics, and paid promotions.
Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends.
