We are looking for a

creative and driven Social Media Manager

with proven

agency experience

to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead our social media efforts across multiple clients, inspire a creative team, and bring fresh ideas to the table while ensuring strategies deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & manage a team

of social media executives and creatives to execute campaigns end-to-end. Stay

up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and best practices

across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute

effective social media strategies

aligned with client goals. Oversee

content creation & writing

--from ideation to publishing. Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms. Use and guide the team on

basic creative tools

like Canva, CapCut, etc. Collaborate with design, video, and ad teams to maximize results. Track performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Prior

agency experience

is a must. Strong knowledge of all major

social media platforms

and trends. Excellent

content writing and creative thinking

skills. Hands-on experience with basic tools like

Canva, CapCut, and similar apps.

Proven ability to

lead a team

and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and organizational skills.
