Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company's social media pages and accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content (posters, videos, reels, etc.) regularly
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and content ideas
Create and execute branding strategies aligned with business goals
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
Coordinate with the design team for content creation
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in social media management
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Knowledge of content planning tools is a plus
