Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management
Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Plan and run ad campaigns, reels, stories, and influencer collaborations
Grow followers and engagement through organic and paid efforts
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform changes for effective strategy updates
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports
E-commerce (Amazon & Flipkart)
Manage product listings, images, descriptions, keywords, and SEO on Amazon and Flipkart
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries
Track inventory, orders, and pricing strategies
Run promotions, lightning deals, and campaigns during sales seasons
Coordinate with logistics teams for order fulfillment and returns
Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to improve conversions
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce marketplace handling
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
Knowledge of trends in publishing, books, or consumer goods is a bonus
