2. Handle client communication and relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for IT clients.
3. Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and creatives in coordination with design and content teams.
4. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to deliver data-driven insights and reports.
5. Manage paid campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement specific to the healthcare industry.
6. Stay updated on IT industry trends, compliance, and digital marketing best practices.
7. Lead presentations, pitch decks, and strategy discussions with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, video editors, performance marketing) to deliver high-quality outputs.
8. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital agency environment or IT Industry.
