About the Role



As the Creative Manager you will be responsible for building, scaling,

and sustaining the brand's digital presence through strategic storytelling, creative

leadership, and performance-driven execution.

As a key driver of our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, you will ensure that every piece of

social content reflects the brand's core emotions - luxury, warmth, craftsmanship,

thoughtfulness, and timeless elegance - while also driving measurable growth in reach,

engagement, trust, and conversion.

You will collaborate closely with design, sales, execution, leadership, and media teams to

uncover stories waiting to be told - from site visits and design reviews to co-founders in

action and client handovers - and translate them into compelling social narratives.

This is a lead role that combines creative direction, platform expertise, team management,

and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



1. Social Media Creative, Publishing, Engagement & Growth (Primary Responsibility)

Own the performance and presence across all social platforms.

? Drive traffic, reach, engagement, follower growth, and community interaction

across platforms.

? Own publishing cadence, platform hygiene, content quality, and brand consistency.

? Manage social engagement - comments, DMs, conversations, and community-

building efforts.

? Track performance metrics and insights including:

o Reach, impressions, engagement rate

o Follower growth & quality

o Saves, shares, comments

o Website traffic & lead indicators

? Analyse data regularly and refine content formats, hooks, posting schedules, and

narratives.

? Build reporting dashboards and share insights with the CMO and marketing

leadership.

2. Team Management & Creative Leadership

Manage and lead the social media execution team, including:

? Videographer (in-house & external)

? Video Editor

? Social Media Publisher

? Graphic Designer

? Content Writer

? Stylist

Responsibilities include:

? Setting creative direction and daily/weekly priorities

? Creating clear briefs for visuals, videos, and copy

? Reviewing and approving content before publishing

? Ensuring storytelling quality, pacing, and brand tone

? Building accountability, timelines, and execution discipline

? Coaching the team to elevate output and consistency

3. Content Stream Development (Aligned with GTM)

Develop and execute multiple content streams that systematically move audiences through

the GTM funnel

? Project Showcases: Before-After, walkthroughs, hero moments, design intent

? Design Education: Principles, breakdowns, Do's & Don'ts, material intelligence

? Behind-the-Scenes: Design decisions, execution progress, craftsmanship moments

? Founder-Led Content: Vision, culture, leadership thinking, on-ground interactions

? Team Stories: Sales wins, design innovations, execution excellence

? Events & Brand Culture: Office life, launches, awards, milestones

? Client Experience: Testimonials, handover emotions, lifestyle alignment

? Trend & Thought Leadership: Industry shifts, expert commentary

? Community Engagement: Polls, Q&As, audience-led conversations

You will:

? Ensure content adapts to platform-specific needs - hooks, pacing, structure, formats

? Maintain a forward-looking content calendar aligned with GTM priorities

? Continuously refine content strategy using performance insights

? Build and maintain a central content repository (photos, videos, graphics, copy)

4. Platform-Specific Content & Storytelling

Develop visual and textual storytelling for:

? Instagram (posts, reels, stories)

? Threads / Community content

? LinkedIn (posts & long-form articles)

? X (Twitter)

? Pinterest

? Google My Business (GMB)

? Blogs / long-form design insights

? Campaign storytelling

? Founder-led content

? Managing content for Founder Instagram & LinkedIn profiles

Responsibilities include:

? Conceptualizing and designing creatives aligned with GTM content streams

? Writing and refining captions, hook lines, content copy, and micro-stories

? Ensuring tone, voice, and narrative consistency across platforms

5. Production & Shoot Coordination

? Liaise with videographers (in-house & external) to ideate and capture relevant

footage

? Work closely with video editors to ensure final outputs meet brand standards

? Ensure scripts, shot lists, and briefs align with narrative goals

? Manage shoot logistics -- timelines, locations, approvals, styling coordination

? Ensure content is captured with foresight for multi-platform usage

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

? Work with Co-Founders on founder-led storytelling and thought leadership

? Coordinate with Sales, Designers, and Project Managers to surface project stories

? Support Events & PR teams for content, launches, celebrations, awards, and

milestones
