Job Description

As the Social Media Agency Specialist, you will be the primary driver of our digital presence for the Mega Project. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing all social media campaigns. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creative content coordination, influencer management, and data-driven performance analysis to achieve significant international reach and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement

comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategies tailored for an international audience to promote the vocational training program.

Manage daily operations

across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) to maximize brand visibility and program enrollment.

Oversee paid social campaigns

, working with external agencies or internal teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for conversion, reach, and cost-effectiveness across all target locations.

2. Content Coordination & Production Partnership



Serve as the primary liaison

between the Marketing/Agency team and the internal

Content Production Team

.

Clearly articulate content requirements

and specifications (including format, tone, length, and key messaging) needed for social media platforms.

Review, provide feedback, and approve

social media content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and educational/vocational standards.

3. Affiliate & Engagement Management (Influencer & Community)



Identify, outreach, and engage

with a diverse range of individuals, including

educational influencers, vocational professionals, students, and active social media users

, to convert them into brand affiliates.

Develop and manage a global affiliate marketing program

, including onboarding, providing promotional materials, tracking performance, and managing commission/incentive structures.

Foster a strong, active online community

around the vocational program by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and monitoring brand mentions.

4. Performance Analysis & Global Reach Optimization



Coordinate closely with the Social Media Analyst

(or perform analysis directly) to monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).

Use data and insights

to identify underperforming regions or campaigns and develop actionable strategies for improvement.

Ensure equitable and effective campaign reach

to every geographical location where the company is operating the Mega Project, adapting content and strategies for cultural relevance.

Generate regular performance reports

and present key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications



Experience:

[X] years of experience in a digital marketing, social media management, or agency specialist role, preferably in an international or education/training context.

Expertise:

Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns (both organic and paid).

Affiliate Marketing:

Direct experience managing influencer or affiliate programs with clear conversion goals.

Content Acumen:

Strong understanding of content production workflows and the ability to articulate content needs to production teams.

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, native platform analytics) to drive decision-making.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and international time zones.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
