As a Social Media Manager at Akartha, you will lead our social media marketing efforts, craft compelling content, and develop strategies to elevate our brand presence. You will manage and optimize social media channels to drive engagement and reach, ensuring a consistent and effective digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Write/edit content and marketing materials, including copy, website, blogs, social media, and more.
Develop and ideate impactful campaigns to drive engagement and achieve goals.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
Research industry trends to inform content strategy
Create and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creating a content calendar, presentations and reports.
Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Optimization (SMO).
Ability to analyze social media data and adjust strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a drive to push boundaries on timelines and deliver exceptional results.
Monthly/ Weekly report to the Management/Client regarding the account's activities.
Proven experience in client servicing, with strong skills in managing teams, coordinating efforts, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in an agency environment.
Experience with AI tools, Meta Business, Analytics, Campaign Management, and Influencer Collaboration is a plus.
Strong creative, proofreading and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with marketing trends and best practices.
