Job Title: Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing online communities. You'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and helping generate leads through organic and paid social strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) through Buffer or similar platforms

3. Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories that reflect the company's tone and vision.

4. Coordinate with the design team to produce creative assets.

5. Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

6. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube preferred).

7. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.

8. Stay updated with the latest social trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

1.Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or management.

2. Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends.

3. Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer,Meta Business Suite).

4. Basic knowledge of ad management, analytics, and performance tracking.

5. Excellent written and visual communication skills.

6. Creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office environment.

Preferred Skills

1. Basic video editing and reel creation.

2. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.

3. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

4. Prior experience managing brand pages or community groups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
