Hiring - Brand Experience SpecialistRequirement - 2 to 4 Years of experience on Social Media and Content Management.
Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and socially aware professional who can manage our brand experience across digital platforms. The person will be responsible for maintaining product reviews, building relationships with influencers, and ensuring positive brand visibility through genuine digital engagements.
Key Responsibilities: o Monitor and maintain brand/product reviews across all major platforms (Amazon, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) o Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers and reviewers who can create authentic content about our products. o Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators. o Regularly track influencer performance and ensure content delivery as per brand standards. o Strategize and execute review generation campaigns to boost brand credibility. o Handle negative feedback tactfully, turning it into positive brand experiences. o Stay updated with social media trends, influencer marketing tools, and engagement techniques. o Collaborate with marketing teams to align influencer content with overall brand communication.
