Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms.
Manage and oversee daily posting, community engagement, and brand interactions.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams for content creation.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Handle influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
