Job Role: Social Media ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Manage social media calendars and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for visuals and campaigns.
Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm updates.
Run paid ad campaigns and track ROI (optional for some roles).
Skills Required
Excellent communication and creativity.
Understanding of digital marketing and branding.
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Basic analytics and report-making skills.
Trend awareness and quick adaptability.
Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Internship or prior experience in social media management preferred.
