We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic
Social Media Manager
to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
?Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy.
? Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram YouTube, and emerging channels.
? Engage with internal and external stakeholders to execute the strategy planned. Able to build relationships.
?? Create and drive Engagement Campaigns in Whatsapp communities
?? Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships with the online community.
? ?Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
?? Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
?? Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes.
?? Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
?? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
? Proven work experience as a
Social Media Manager or similar role
? (3-5 years preferred).
? ?In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
? Hands-on experience with
social media management tools
? (preferably Zoho Social, etc.). ? Strong understanding of
Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

?? Working knowledge of Excel and powerpoint
?? Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
?? Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
? Basic knowledge of
graphic design, video editing, or Canva/Adobe tools
