Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.

Plan, manage, and oversee

content calendars and daily activities across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).

Collaborate cross-functionally

with design, video production, and content teams to deliver timely, high-quality, and on-brand assets.

Design and manage

paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget utilisation and measurable ROI.

Monitor and analyse

campaign performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Maintain brand consistency

in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.

Build and nurture

online communities by fostering meaningful engagement and responding promptly to interactions.

Identify and collaborate

with influencers, creators, and strategic partners to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Stay current

with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative execution.

Prepare and present

detailed monthly reports with performance analysis and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline. Minimum

1-2 years

of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Proven expertise in

social media strategy, analytics, and paid campaign management.

Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, and scheduling/monitoring platforms (e.g., Hoot suite, Later, Buffer). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand tone. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content and audience engagement. Bonus: Familiarity with

graphic design, video editing, or content production tools

(Canva, Adobe Suite).
