- Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate must be from Karnataka, fluent in Kannada and English, and have a strong track record of managing multi-platform social media strategies, digital campaigns, website content, and SEO to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Google My Business to enhance brand presence and generate quality leads.
Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns with a focus on real estate lead generation and conversions.
Create engaging, localized content (English & Kannada) tailored for diverse real estate audiences.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Manage and update company website content, ensuring optimized user experience and accurate project/property information.
Implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Manage Google Ads / SEM campaigns and integrate them into overall digital strategy.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Track key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors to deliver impactful campaigns.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated with real estate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and creative approaches to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements
Mandatory: Prior experience in the Real Estate sector.
Experience: 4-5 years of proven expertise in Social Media Management, SEO, and Lead Generation.
Must be from Karnataka with fluency in Kannada (spoken & written) and English.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in CRM integration for lead management and campaign tracking.
Exposure to influencer collaboration and partnership campaigns.
Basic knowledge of video editing/short-form content creation.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.
