Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy. Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads) and prepare reports. Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across social channels. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize reach. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and awareness.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, etc. Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
