Key Responsibilities:
Content & Community Management
Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
Write and design high-quality, visually aligned posts (reels, stories, carousels, static posts).
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly to maintain high engagement.
Strategy & Growth
Drive growth in followers, engagement, and reach through organic and paid tactics.
Plan and execute campaigns (product launches, festivals, testimonials, influencer collaborations).
Analyze trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
Performance Marketing
Collaborate with the digital ad team to run and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign ROI, lead generation, and website traffic performance.
Tools & Tech
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT.
Leverage AI tools for caption ideas, post scheduling, and trend discovery.
