Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of our clients multi-channel social media strategy, driving growth and engagement across
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
. A key focus will be
LinkedIn,
building thought leadership, employer branding, and B2B engagement, but success in this role requires
a full-platform perspective and fluency in current trends, tools, and audience behaviors
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize an integrated social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Own the day-to-day management of social media accounts:
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube
.
Create and curate high-quality content (copy, images, video, carousels, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Build and maintain an engaging content calendar that includes brand updates, campaign initiatives, community engagement, and thought leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Executive teams to source stories, amplify campaigns, and promote the brand voice.
Monitor performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports to improve engagement, growth, and ROI.
Manage social media listening, trends analysis, and real-time community engagement.
Plan and execute paid social campaigns, particularly on
LinkedIn Ads
, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Oversee influencer/creator collaborations where relevant.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3-4 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Deep familiarity with
LinkedIn
, including best practices for company pages, personal branding, thought leadership, and sponsored content.
Proven ability to grow and manage communities across
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok
, and
YouTube
.
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Experience with scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or native tools).
Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and how to turn metrics into actionable strategy.
Working knowledge of paid advertising tools like
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager,
and
TikTok for Business
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a B2B and B2C environment.
Background in branding, content strategy, or PR is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing tools.
Experience in crisis communication or brand reputation management.
Passion for keeping up with evolving social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tech (e.g., AI tools in social media).
