Caliac Studios is seeking talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly creative, and capable of developing and implementing engaging strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement across various social media platforms

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media channels. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on key insights to stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend new strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
