The Role:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in building Pixora's online brand presence across multiple platforms and supporting client projects. You won't just be learning theory; you'll be creating real content, editing videos, and learning the valuable skills needed to thrive in a digital agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our agency's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
Develop and execute a content calendar, creating engaging and high-quality content (graphics, carousels, and copy).
Edit raw video footage into compelling Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities that will attract our ideal clients.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in creating and scheduling content for client social media accounts as needed.
Track and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Proficiency with graphic design tools like Canva is a must; Adobe Suite is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn and take initiative.
Freshers are welcomed.
