Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling posts across social media platforms. Draft engaging captions and content ideas for campaigns. Support in preparing posting calendars and planning content timelines. Coordinate with the design/video team for creatives. Track engagement, reach, and performance of posts. Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas. Help in preparing basic reports and presentations. Ability to work with regional languages ( Marathi ).

Skills:

Good Communication. Social media strategy, content creation, influencer management, copywriting, Canva/Design tools. Team Coordination and Basic Ad Management.
