Job Overview:

As a Social Media Junior Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media trends and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions. Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Social Media Manager. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and design. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media advertising & marketing along with paid campaigns. Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics would be appreciated. Experience in graphic design or video editing would be appreciated.
