Responsibilities

Assist in managing and growing Kymin Creation's and clients' social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including text, images, infographics, and short-form videos. Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community; track comments, messages, and brand mentions. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and visual content. Support the development and execution of social media campaigns and content calendars. Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content and engagement tactics. Assist in conducting online polls, surveys, and interact with the audience for feedback and engagement. Ensure consistency in brand voice and message across all digital channels. Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute fresh, creative ideas to elevate brand awareness.
Requirements

Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Familiarity with major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Basic content creation and copywriting skills; experience with graphic/video editing tools is a plus (Adobe Suite, Canva). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to generate engaging digital content. Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn about social media trends, analytics, and the broader marketing landscape.

Must bring your own laptop.

Compensation and Workplace

Salary:

?10,000 to ?15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).

Working Mode:

On-site at the Kymin Creation office in Ahmedabad.
