We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to build, manage, and scale our presence across major social platforms. This role focuses on driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and amplifying high-impact content through timely, relevant, and culturally aware social storytelling.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
• Stay updated on market trends, internet culture, and memes to create engaging, shareable content that boosts reach and follower growth.
• Monitor real-time conversations and trends to ensure timely and relevant posting.
• Collaborate closely with journalists, editors, and the content team to amplify key stories, insights, and analysis.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions; optimize content strategy based on insights.
• Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong community.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience managing social media for a media, news, or digital content platform.
• Strong understanding of best practices across X, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create short, impactful, and engaging social content.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Prior exposure to web3 or emerging technology media is a strong advantage.
