About the Company: Pawzz is an animal welfare organization dedicated to providing essential resources such as food, medical assistance, rescue operations, temporary shelters, and sterilization drives for stray animals. Through social media, we advocate for animal rights, raise awareness about animal cruelty, and promote our campaigns and adoption appeals.

Job Responsibilities:

• ??Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the online presence of Pawzz Foundation.
• Create engaging content that resonates with audiences, promoting the organization's mission and campaigns effectively.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, coordinate with influencers, and engage with the community to foster a positive image of the organization.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Respond to messages and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget and maximizing reach.
• Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms and best practices to maintain an effective online presence.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and persuasive language.
• Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations or in the animal welfare sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
