Key Responsibilities :

Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short videos following on going trends while ensure brand positioning Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags aligned with brand tone and audience Identify, onboard, and manage influencers based on provided criteria & guidelines Coordinate influencer shoots, content briefs, and approvals while following the decided timelines Track influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics and provide reports & insights on weekly basis Participate in and manage in-house and outdoor shoots Confidently in front of camera to shoot & talk about the Products (product demos, voiceovers, tutorials) Ensure content quality and aesthetics along with Brand guidelines & presentation Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions Build and maintain a positive brand image through timely responses and engagement Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must have 02 to 03 years of experience as a Social Media Executive in the hair colour / beauty / cosmetics industry Strong content ideation and storytelling skills Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and influencer collaborations Confident personality with excellent communication and on-camera presence Capable communicating the vision & ideas with designers & video editors Good understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
