Collaborate with design/production teams for high-quality visual content.
Stay updated on industry trends, memes, and viral content to integrate into strategy.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop strategies to increase followers, impressions, and audience interaction.
Monitor social media trends and competitors' activities.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Analytics & Strategy
Track KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, leads, conversions).
Provide monthly performance reports and insights with recommendations.
Optimize campaigns based on analytics and audience behavior.
Collaborate with marketing team for paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
