Role Overview

The Account Manager & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day execution of campaigns, and driving impactful social media strategies. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 3-4 client accounts simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.

Plan, strategize, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Handle end-to-end social media management for clients: strategy, content planning, calendar execution, and reporting.

Confidently represent in client meetings, presentations, and video calls.

Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance, SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.

Guide junior team members, demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English.

Confident on camera - for client-facing discussions, updates, and possible social content.

Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Good understanding of different marketing strategies (organic, paid, retention, influencer, etc.).

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2-3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency.

Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.

Experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

Not an entry-level role - candidates must bring prior agency-side experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
