Role Overview



The Account Manager & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day execution of campaigns, and driving impactful social media strategies. This role requires both

strategic thinking

and

hands-on execution

to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities



Manage 3-4 client accounts simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact. Plan, strategize, and launch

multi-channel marketing campaigns

(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.). Handle end-to-end

social media management

for clients: strategy, content planning, calendar execution, and reporting. Confidently represent in

client meetings, presentations, and video calls

. Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance, SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies. Guide junior team members, demonstrating

leadership and decision-making abilities

. Stay updated on

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

to recommend innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities



Strong

communication skills

(written and verbal) with fluency in English.

Confident on camera

- for client-facing discussions, updates, and possible social content. Ability to

plan and execute multi-channel campaigns

with measurable outcomes. Good understanding of different marketing strategies (organic, paid, retention, influencer, etc.). Strong

leadership and decision-making skills

. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts.

Ideal Candidate Profile



2-3 years of

relevant experience in a digital marketing agency

. Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts. Experience in

campaign planning, execution, and reporting

.
Not an entry-level role - candidates must bring prior agency-side experience.

Location - South city-1, Gurgaon, Haryana



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
