Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with

Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize Karwan's content strategy.
Build and nurture the online community by engaging with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
Measure and report performance of social media campaigns using insights and analytics.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends.
Exceptional skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects with strong time-management skills.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in running paid ad campaigns (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
