Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. This role involves traveling to our different plants to capture authentic, on-the-ground content that showcases our operations, people, and products.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Travel regularly to company plants to capture photos, videos, and stories for social media. Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. Edit and optimize visuals for maximum impact and reach.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's social media accounts by posting regularly, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Stay updated on trends, best practices, and new platform features.

Marketing Support

Assist with the creation of general marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Support events, product launches, and CSR activities with digital coverage.
