We are looking for a creative and analytical

Social Media Manager

to handle our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strategies, creating engaging content, managing communities, and tracking performance to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create and oversee engaging, high-quality, and shareable content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.). Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve performance KPIs. Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and build strong brand loyalty. Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite). Experience in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing ROI. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and influencer marketing. Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Experience in community building and brand partnerships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
