Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. You'll be responsible for creating and curating content, managing social media campaigns, engaging with our online community, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
2. Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
3. Manage social media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and tracking performance
4. Engage with online community, respond to comments and messages, and build brand loyalty
5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or management
2. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
5. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
