We're hiring a

Senior Social Media Manager

who blends strategic thinking with creative execution. You're trend-savvy, idea-driven, and fluent across platforms with a passion for sustainability, energy, and purpose-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)


Lead editorial planning, copywriting, and calendar management


Oversee ORM with real-time listening, reporting, and sentiment analysis


Collaborate with leadership for personal brand development and visibility


Interpret analytics, prepare performance dashboards, and optimize accordingly


Ensure all content aligns with ESG narrative, brand tone, and campaign priorities

Key Skills:

Deep understanding of social platforms and their algorithms


Strong copy and visual storytelling skills


Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater


Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, and energy discourse is a plus


Proactive, agile, and mature communicator
