Senior Social Media Manager

who blends strategic thinking with creative execution. You're trend-savvy, idea-driven, and fluent across platforms with a passion for sustainability, energy, and purpose-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)

? Lead editorial planning, copywriting, and calendar management

? Oversee ORM with real-time listening, reporting, and sentiment analysis

? Collaborate with leadership for personal brand development and visibility

? Interpret analytics, prepare performance dashboards, and optimize accordingly

? Ensure all content aligns with ESG narrative, brand tone, and campaign priorities

Key Skills:

? Deep understanding of social platforms and their algorithms

? Strong copy and visual storytelling skills

? Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater

? Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, and energy discourse is a plus

? Proactive, agile, and mature communicator
