Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded

Social Media, Ads & PR Manager

to lead our online presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media strategy, hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns across major platforms, and a flair for managing public relations and brand image.

You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, executing high-performing ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and building positive brand associations through media outreach and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Maintain content calendars and align posts with ongoing campaigns Engage with followers, respond to queries, and grow organic reach
Paid Advertising

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on

Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn

Use

lookalike audiences, retargeting

, and A/B testing for better ROI Monitor daily ad performance and make data-driven adjustments Track and report KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and cost per lead
Public Relations (PR)

Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and newsletters Coordinate with publications for interviews, press coverage, and features Manage reputation and brand positioning across digital and offline media

Requirements:



2-6 years of experience in social media, digital ads, and PR Strong understanding of

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Proven success in building

lookalike/custom audiences

and managing paid funnels Excellent writing and communication skills Strong network in media/influencer circles is a plus Knowledge of basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe) Analytical mindset with a good eye for content performance

Preferred Qualifications:



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred) Prior experience in real estate, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a bonus
