Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience.

Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics for social media platforms with designers.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on key social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube.

Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with followers.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.

Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners to expand our brand's reach.

Social Media Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, and make recommendations for their incorporation into our strategy.

Can create Various types of reels independently and comfortable in front of camera.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
