Job Summary:



We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical

Social Media Manager

to lead our brand's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building online communities that grow our brand awareness and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns Create, curate, and manage high-quality and engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) Monitor social media channels, trends, and competitor activities Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships with the online community Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and generate monthly reports Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices Excellent content creation and copywriting skills Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Strong analytical and multitasking skills Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in running social ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Familiarity with influencer marketing
